Brian and Cyndi are both from Akron, Ohio where they raised their family of five: Samantha (Denver, CO), Brian II (Colorado Springs, CO), Sean (Akron ,OH), Nathan (St. Petersburg, FLA), and Hannah (Colorado Springs, CO).
Brian first visited this area right out of high school and always envisioned living here. It took 35 years, but Brian and his wife (Cyndi) returned, moving to Estes Park in August of 2013. Shortly after arriving, the devastating flood of September 13th 2013, hit the area hard! Along with the previous owners, Ken and Kathy Larson (Brian is Kathy’s younger brother), the clean-up began. We were very fortunate that no water reached any of the living spaces of the units, although the clean up took weeks to complete.
Brian worked in the residential construction field for 35 years, mostly as a carpenter. The last 15 years, he was a business owner and General Contractor in the Akron, Ohio area.
Cyndi worked in business & payroll, as well as being a full time Mom. Both Brian and Cyndi feel blessed to now be living in this beautiful area. They enjoy hiking, fishing and taking in the natural beauty of their surroundings.
