What to Expect

The kitchens have cookware, silverware, glasses, table settings, and don’t forget, they all have a dishwasher. A coffee maker and Mountain Blend coffee packets are provided as well as tea, sweeteners and powdered cream. You also have your very own gas grill. 

All bed linens and towels are provided. Every bedroom has its very own bathroom (with shower, tub or both) and every bathroom has a hair dryer. Soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion are provided. Each unit has a washer and dryer should your personal items need some care on the road.

To enjoy that special game or TV show, every condo has an HDTV with an HD Cable box and DVD Player in the living room (yes – ESPN & ESPN2 in HD). Bedrooms have TV’s with a cable connection. Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the property.

Policies and Additional Information

Accessibility: We are proud to offer multiple accessible options to our guests. Varying levels of accessibility are provided. Please review our web site and/or ask our staff to explain which options may best suit your needs.

Pets & Smoking :Sorry, no pets and no smoking are allowed in the units. Pets are not permitted on the property and may not be left in vehicles, even if just visiting a registered guest. Smoking is allowed outside the units only. No Marijuana smoking is permitted. No Hookah smoking or Hookah pipes are permitted.

Deposit : A 50% deposit is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. It is non-refundable within 5 days of your arrival. See “ Cancellation” for other important details.
Cancellation : We will refund your deposit less a $35.00 cancellation fee, with a 30 day notice. With less than 30 days notice there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

Check-in : You may check in anytime after 3 p.m. If you are scheduled to arrive after 6 p.m., please notify the office at 888.234.4747 to make arrangements for after-hours arrival.

Check-out : You may check out any time before 10 a.m. There are no late check-outs during the Summer Season. There is a key drop box beside the office door for early departures.

Illegal Drugs and Marijuana: Use and possession are NOT permitted anywhere on the property, including inside a condo or a vehicle. Any Evidence of Drugs, Marijuana, pets, or any smoking in a condo will result in a $150.00 fine and you will be required to leave the property immediately. NO Exceptions & NO Refunds!

Fire Danger: No fires or charcoal grills are permitted. Propane grills are provided for your use.

Early Departure : Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures.

Quiet Time: In respect for other guests and owners, our quiet time begins at 10 pm and lasts until 8 am. Management reserves the right to address noise issues at any time. All unregistered guests must leave by 9 pm.

Unit Capacity: All Rates are based on the number of people and number of bedrooms. Unless an exception is granted by management, unit capacities are as follows: 1 Bedroom – maximum of 2 people; 2 bedroom – maximum of 5 people; 3 bedroom – maximum of 7 people. Note: (# of people includes adults, children and infants)

Important! A signature will be required: I (as a representative of my party) understand and agree to be financially responsible for any damages caused to the guest condo or it’s furnishings and grounds or if extra cleaning is required, including re-keying for lost key(s), or any infractions of the above rules, i.e.; Smoking / Pets (Colorado Innkeeper Law 12-44-302.) I authorize my credit card company to allow assessments due to my credit card for any charges or repairs from violations or damages or to replace broken items, including extra cleaning or re-keying. I agree to and understand all conditions of this policy. I certify all information to be true and accurate.

SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW TRAILERS or RV’S OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY

Housekeeping: Tidy Service is provided daily. Our staff makes your bed, takes out the trash, replenishes towels (if left on the floor) and soaps/shampoos as needed (for more details, see in Room Information Books or simply ask us.) Units are thoroughly cleaned after each stay.

Families with children: We welcome children and have only a few requests to ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable experience here. Please leave no trace – we ask that our landscaping rocks and our river rocks remain untouched. No screaming so as to be respectful of our other guests. No running so you are safe. Have fun!

Play Areas: Our grounds do not allow space for play areas. Condo Declarations do not allow bicycles, scooters or skateboards on the sidewalks or parking lots. Ask about Estes Park’s Bike Trail and Skateboard Park!

No yard games are permitted.
No fires or charcoal grills are permitted.

If you have requested a specific condo, we will try our best to meet your request. However, we reserve the right to move your party to a different condo (prior to your arrival) in order to efficiently book our resort.

Rocky Mountain National Park has implemented a timed-entry reservation system for park entry typically from Memorial day until mid October. Reservations to enter the Park, will go on sale through www.recreation.gov. To see if this is in effect with regard to your reservation with us, please visit www.nps.gov/romo

Covid-19 Expectations

The COVID-19 virus and the illness it causes has significantly impacted all of us. We have been open and hosting guests since April 26, 2020. In addition, Rocky Mountain National Park opened on May 27th, 2020, however, a new reserved timed entry system is being utilized starting June 4, 2020.! Also, Estes Park has opened up for guests to return and we want you to feel comfortable about visiting and staying with us.

We have always used Hillyard Cleaning products to properly clean our rental units. Re-Juv-Nal is the product we have used for years and it is CDC approved to fight and kill coronavirus and many other viruses. We will continue to use it in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions, in addition, we have also added QT-Plus to our cleaning process for each unit. QT-Plus is also CDC approved and it requires less contact time to kill the virus.

We commit to keeping our units properly cleaned for each set of new guests! In the short term, we will offer “Daily Tidy Service” when requested, or you can exchange used towels and sheets if you feel more comfortable keeping our cleaning staff out of your unit……your choice.

What is nice about our units is the separation and privacy the units offer, and the fact that you can prepare you own meals, launder your own clothes and keep a safe physical distance from others.
